ZebraZone attaches very great importance to the confidential handing of its respondents’ answers. Guaranteeing that data filled in by a particular employee will be treated confidentially is crucial to the success of any perception measurement exercise.
ZebraZone guarantees the confidential treatment of data as follows:
- ZebraZone immediately inputs the responses into a database. In this way, respondents do not e-mail back their answers via the organization’s mail system, but the data is stored directly in a database.
- The ZebraZone agreement with the customer includes a specific section on protecting respondent anonymity and on the confidential processing of respondent data. This is therefore clear from the start of the project.
- The codes that the respondent receives are automatically generated by the system when the invitation is sent out. Passwords and access codes are necessary to ensure that every employee can fill in the questionnaire just once. Furthermore, a questionnaire can be recalled at a respondent’s request and made available again for any modifications. The respondent can contact the ZebraZone Helpdesk for this.
- The personal data a respondent gives at the end of the questionnaire are used solely for making group analyses. The ZebraZone reporting system permits analyses only for groups of 10 or more employees.
- ZebraZone applies the strictest possible standards to guarding the personal data of customers’ employees.
