Our consultants are your contacts throughout the project. They advise and guide you on a personal and organizational level in the different project phases:
- the preparatory phase (project start-up);
- data collection and
- the post project
They also reduce the project workload to a minimum for the person responsible for the project in your organization.
During the project start-up phase, our consultants help you to determine the purpose of the research or to define it in more detail. They advise you on choosing the research model, the option of customising the questionnaire or not (adjustment of language use and possible additional KPIs or questions), determining sector-based demographic variables and method of data collection (on paper or online).
They also discuss the project communication with you from a best practices angle, in order to create maximum support within the various parts of your organization. They can also counsel you or take an active role in communication towards various target groups.
During the data collection phase, our consultants will inform you about the level of response on a regular basis and agree with you on the duration of data collection (prolonge it or not) and sending out reminders.
During the post project phase, our consultants analyse and interpret the results on the basis of ZebraZone statistically validated reports. They also take care of presenting the results to the project group or other target groups. After presenting the results they will give you training in the use of the dynamic ZebraZone Toolset.
Reporting and Toolset will give you an idea of the possible improvements in your organization. Depending on the nature of your question, our consultants can help you to translate the results into plans for improvement. Together with you they can develop the various improvement initiatives, assess their impact and feasibility, define the ownership and map out any preconditions for a successful action plan.
Finally our consultants, with their HR background, can also carry out themselves a number of improvement actions (e.g. revision of pay policy, competence management, coaching management development of training plans, stress management, etc.).
