To allow rapid detection and easy communication of these differences, ZebraZone has developed its own significance table.

A black S indicates that no significant difference exists between the subgroup and the other target groups for the specific KPI. If the employees in the particular subgroup are significantly less satisfied with respect to the particular KPI compared to the other employee groups a red S is depicted. The alternative case in which the target group has a higher average KPI score than the other targeted groups is indicated by a green S.
In the above example we read that employees with less than 1 year service in the company are significantly more satisfied with respect to the ‘Job Content’ KPI and that those with 4-10 years of service are significantly less satisfied than their other colleagues in the company. The graph also shows us that employees with less than 1 year are significantly more satisfied than the other subgroups for all KPIs.
