Academic Board

Over the past several years ZebraZone has maintained excellent contacts with various academics at Belgian universities. In 2007 the initiative was taken to set up an Academic Advisory Board with a view to creating a link between fundamental research in the academic world and R&D in the business world. The idea is to build up a forum where, in the first instance, consultation and exchange can take place on methodological and content-related questions concerning research on measuring employee perceptions, psychosocial stress, stress and well-being at work, motivation and involvement, labour productivity, absenteeism and its management in organizations, retention management, etc. Another objective is to develop joint initiatives between ZebraZone and the various universities.

The entry of Belgian academics into this Board appeared to be a success. In spring 2008 we had the additional pleasure of welcoming a number of Dutch academics.

This Academic Advisory Board meets twice a year.
