History

The basics of ZebraZone were laid down in the late 1990s by C-Concept, a spin-off company from the University of Ghent. An enthusiastic team of people with psychological, statistical and IT skills, under the leadership of Professor Gino Verleye, developed original, valid and reliable methods to measure staff perception.

An initial commercial collaboration with HR consultants from the Securex Group resulted in the further fine-tuning of tools geared to the actual needs of those responsible for human resources and of the general management of companies.

In 2004, ZebraZone became an independent research consultancy continuing to focus on measuring the views of employees. ZebraZone became a full subsidiary of the Securex Group and extended its service base to Luxembourg and France.

Due to investments made by the Securex Group, in recent years ZebraZone has managed to introduce extensive content-driven and IT innovations.

Since 2006, ZebraZone has been active on the Dutch market through the establishment of a joint venture with Falke & Verbaan, a leading HRM consultancy in the Netherlands.

Anno 2007, Zebrazone is one of the market leaders in staff perception research in Belgium. The number of international projects, both European and worldwide, is fast increasing.

Today, Zebrazone is still investing in perfecting its existing measurement models and in the development of new models with regard to such subjects as motivation, employability, etc. Furthermore, ZebraZone carries out extensive research into various HR subjects such as the links between staff motivation, absenteeism, customer satisfaction and corporate performance indicators.

The increase in the team of HR and organisational consultants implementing the ZebraZone range of tools with our customers ensures the relevance in practice of ZebraZone and contributes to extensive added value for company-based projects.
