Our consultants advise and guide your organisation in the preparatory phase (project start-up), with data collection and during the post project.
During the project start-up phase, our consultants advise and guide you to understand the purpose of the research, the choice of research model, customising the questionnaire (adjustment of language use and possible KPIs or additional questions), internal communication, determining sector-based demographic variables, method of data collection (on paper or online), etc.
During the data collection phase, our consultants will inform you about the level of response and agree with you on the duration of data collection and sending out reminders.
During the post project phase, our consultants interpret the results on the basis of ZebraZone reports and present them to you. Depending on the nature of your question, our consultants can help you to translate the results into plans for improvement. The consultants follow the change approach adopted by Falke & Verbaan. The main elements in this approach are:
- Clear guidance and direction from top management. This means that top management indicates the direction in which to go, continues to manage, concentrates on results and creates the necessary preconditions.
- There is a clear view of management style and the required behaviour of employees.
- Departments or organisational components work on improvement plans and make arrangements about the required behaviour to be implemented by the departmental supervisors.
The result is that a targeted approach is taken with regard to improvement plans in HR sectors to which you as an organisation will want to give priority on the basis of the research. On the other hand, you adopt a targeted programme to influence employee behaviour where negative perceptions have resulted in undesirable behaviour (high levels of absenteeism, limited willingness to change, high staff turnover levels, etc.).
